Susan G. Komen Pittsburgh Race for the Cure
The UPMC Magee team, comprising physicians, staff, patients, volunteers, and their families, has consistently been the largest health care team each year. Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC is a major sponsor of the race.
Registration
Race T-shirts and bib numbers will be mailed directly to homes by Susan G. Komen Pittsburgh Race for the Cure. Although Komen would greatly appreciate an additional donation of $5 to cover the cost of mailing (see registration form).
Staff is encouraged to register online. Go to www.komenpittsburgh.org, select Join a Team Online, then click Join an Existing Team. Select UPMC/Magee as your team. A credit card is required. The registration fees vary based on age, survivorship, and race type. Deadline for online registration is May 3 for those who want T-shirts mailed to their home and May 9 for those who will pick up T-shirts. Magee is not a T-shirt pick-up site.
Paper registration forms are available outside the Magee-Womens Hospital cafeteria. Mail completed registration forms directly to Komen Pittsburgh Race for the Cure. Mail-in registration deadline is April 18 (post-marked).
